Default What's wrong with my Energy Bar!!

Im a lvl 20 N/E.

Everytime I cast an elemental spell, my energy bar gets a "grey area" that caps out my energy. Is this exhaustion? Or is this something new to the game that was added trying to deter us from using our secondary professions as much?

Sorry for asking a dumb question, but I cannot find any information about this anywhere else...thank you!

It's exhaustion. If it's happening every time you cast an elemental spell, try equipping spells that don't say "this spell causes exhaustion" in the skill description.

Like it has been answered yes that is exhaustion.
Info on exhaustion:Exaustion caps your max energy by 10 for each time it happens, the exausted part of your energy will regain at 1 energy every 3 seconds if im correct.
